OUR STORY

Open since 2013, Gaudim makes its way into Catalan gastronomy.

A project that began in a small tavern on Enrique Granados street and that over time has progressed to a great restaurant, an essential in the city of Barcelona.

A cozy, classic place with spaces full of art and treasures from the chef’s private collection. Kitchen view, where you can see how a dish is made from start to finish.

The menu is specialized in Mediterranean cuisine with a Japanese touch, with its own elegant style, maintaining traditional cuisine with a modern touch.

Our specialties

Paellas, Balfego Tuna and Kobe beef

Our specialties are based on a market cuisine, products coming mainly from the Mediterranean.

Apart from the star products such as lamb and chicken paella, seafood paellas; our tataki or balfegó tuna tartare and our Kobe and wagyu meats etc…, you can find seasonal products, which are off the menu, such as sea urchins stuffed with lemon fish tartare and caviar, sautéed peas with baby squid or with ham of wagyu, or our artichokes, elaborated in olive oil at low temperature.

Hall of fame

Our little museum

Our hall of fame, over the years chef Semi has been saving and collecting treasures from our VIP guests, especially from the world of soccer, of which he is an undisputed fan. You can see FC Barcelona shirts and other teams, gloves, boots and even a baseball.

Chef Semi, together with the director of the restaurant, Paquita; They began their journey in the world of gastronomy in 2007, in a small tavern in the center of Barcelona.

In November 2013 they entered a new challenge, in the Gaudim Restaurant, which together with the chef’s kitchen and the restaurant’s decoration, personally designed by the director, have created a gastronomic space that is a must in the city of Barcelona.
