The chef and the director
The Semi chef, along with the director of the restaurant, Paquita; they began his career in the world of gastronomy in 2007, in a small tavern in the center of Barcelona.
In November 2013 they entered into a new challenge, Gaudim Restaurant, with the chef’s kitchen and the restaurant decor, designed personally by the director, have created a gastronomic space obligatory stop in the city of Barcelona.
The menu combines traditional dishes of Catalan cuisine, presented and elaborated with the most daring, playful and sophisticated creations of the chef.
Traditional dishes such as cod “l’all i oli” or paellas are the stellar proposal of the Gaudim Restaurant.
